Tidy, good value for price, experienced staff. The room was pleasantly decorated, our beds were super. The American breakfast was served, we loved its perfect food. There was an exceptional restaurant, stores and a drugstore next door.

Smart staff, well-appointed room, in general I loved this peaceful hotel. The Michelin-starred restaurant was small, friendly service. It made my trip to Johannesburg an really nice experience.

The breakfast they served was disappointing, hope one day it will be far better.

I liked my outstanding stay. The room was delightful and the breakfast was more than adequate, excellent service. The bed was great and it was great having USB ports and mosquito nets. The poolside bar was spacious and the drinks were alcoholic.

Famous and reasonably clean hotel, liked it. The room was carpeted, air-conditioned. Relaxing drinks, complimentary wifi were a nice surprise. Thoroughly enjoyable stay overall.

Restaurant food was deliciuos. You guys made our stay wonderful. We appreciated the location, which was tranquil. Hotel's position adjacent to Acrobranch Melrose and easy connection to zoo lake.
